Neymeen Nirvana, a sea food delicacy where seer fish is marinated with authentic heavy flavours of the South and grilled, is an exquisite masterpiece of India's most popular chef. If that didn’t sound heavenly enough, the grilled fillets are spread on a plaintain leaf, over a flame, where it meets the next star of the South---coconut milk---along with other ingredients. This amazing combination gives way to an aroma and taste which is so mouth-watering and delicious.

All you have to do is register at to cook side-by-side with our chef at a one-time registration fee of Rs. 400/-.
